What makes Just One Child different? Just One Child has created blended families in two locations; Clairvaux Infant Haven, and Thabang House. Each location is a small non-threatening environment that provides a warm and loving home to an average of six children. Our Homes are: • Accessible – both Clairvaux and Thabang are located in Gallo Manor; • Small, focused and “on your doorstep”; • Safe to get children involved – accessible to northern suburbs people who may be wary of venturing into unfamiliar areas; • Happy non-threatening home environments; • Personalised care is provided for each child ; • Engendering incredible hope for our City, Nation and continent. Further blended families have been formed by the adopting process established by Just One Child. Since its establishment three years ago a total of 18 children have been adopted by loving families or returned to their relatives.
